Meet The RCI Team

Gary is the longest tenured employee at RCI Custom, going back over 40 years to 1977. His history within the company starts when he graduated high school, and has included tasks such as drafting, metal shop work, wood shop work , electronic assembly, and rack fab assembly and testing. Truly a guy that has done everything. Gary is responsible for all shop operations and shipping with RCI, and is a member of the company’s executive team.

Steve comes to RCI after having spent 25 years working in his family floor covering business. While he wore many hats during those years, he primarily spent his time in office operations. Steve enjoys bringing his many years of experience to RCI to help the company run as smooth as possible.

Tony comes from a long career in Audio and Video Broadcast including Live and Post Production. Tony joined the RCI Team in 2018, and leads our customer service group, overseeing estimations and customer relations.

Founded RCI Custom Products in 1991 while working for systems integrator RCI Systems, Inc. Developed the business of selling installation ready custom AV wall plates, rack panels, and signal distribution developed by RCI Systems, Inc.. Developed industry first online Panel Design and Purchase application, PanelBuilder in 1999. Assumed ownership of RCI Custom in 2006.
