Understanding Project Status

In the "Project Portal" users can see the status of their projects. Users will see 1 of 4 different statuses:

• Pending - The order has not been submitted and is available to edit
• Ordered - User has submitted the order to RCI
• Cancelled - Order has been cancelled by RCI
• Received - RCI has received the order and it is currently being processed

Once an order is submitted you will receive a formal order acknowledgement within 24 - 48 hours with an estimated ship date.
